2008 CAMPER APPLICATION (PDF)
Students can attend camp at no
cost. To determine eligibility you must fit under certain
criteria and live in one of the following counties in
northwest WI: Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Iron,
Price, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor or Washburn.
Eligibility criteria:

Do you have an Individual
Education Plan (IEP) in school?

Are you a Foster Child
receiving government support?

Do you have any Disabilities?
-
Does your family receive any
public assistance? (i.e. SSI, TANF, etc.)

Does your family receive Food
Share assistance?
If you answered yes to any of the
criteria you may be eligible to attend camp at
no cost. Eligibility will be determined by CEP, Inc. staff
upon gaining more information.
