Northwest Wisconsin CEP is hiring a part-time Career Planner to serve community members in Ashland, Bayfield, Iron, and/or Douglas Counties, depending on the candidate’s location and service needs.
The position is hybrid or office-based out of the Superior, Wisconsin or Ashland, Wisconsin office, with travel between CEP offices and various community sites. Applicants must live within a comfortable daily travel distance from either of those office locations.
In this position, you’ll support job seekers and youth, work alongside community partners, and help people move toward meaningful employment, all while staying organized and meeting program requirements.
The position will remain open until filled, with priority consideration for applications received by Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Applications will be reviewed as they are received.
